Introducing Home Focus Pimpama Pet Pals! We are happy to announce that our centre is pet friendly and you are welcome to bring your Pet Pal to shop with you.
Here at Home Focus Pimpama, we value our pets and understand that many people, including ourselves consider pets to be family members. The Gold Coast is home to over 60,000 registered dogs, it makes sense to allow you to shop with your Pet Pal!
There are a limited number of Home Maker Centre’s or Shopping Centre’s on the Gold Coast that allow you to bring your pet, as a member of your family we welcome you and your pet to visit Home Focus Pimpama.
Look for the Home Focus Pet Pals sticker before entering each individual store, as not all stores allow pets. We have installed pet water and waste stations, with waste bags for your convenience and your pets comfort, located near Pillow Talk with more to come throughout the centre.
Please ensure you read and abide by the conditions of entry prior to bringing your pet to Home Focus Pimpama.
Meet our Chief Dog Officer, Zoe.
She is in the head office 5 days a week, (mostly sleeping or begging for treats) and is in charge of Home Focus Pet Pals. You will often catch her antics featured on our socials. @homefocuspimpama

Pet Pals Conditions of Entry
- Stay on your leash at all times.
- Check for the Home Focus Pet Pals sticker before entering a store. – Not all stores are pet friendly.
- Behave yourself, be friendly and social. – bad behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Ensure that your human cleans up after you.
- Furniture is for humans only.
- You must be registered with City of Gold Coast.
- Enjoy your time at Home Focus Pimpama.
- Assistance animals are always welcome• Assistance animals are always welcome.
- Dangerous, menacing, restricted, unvaccinated and or unchipped animals prohibited.
- Must remain in immediate presence of owner on a leash no longer than 1 to 1.5 meters or caged and never unattended;
- Owner must maintain control over animal at all times and immediately remove animal that is threatening, aggressive and or noisy;
- Any owner and animal may be asked to leave and or be removed from the Centre at the Centre’s sole and absolute discretion;
- Entry into the Centre is at the owner’s and animal’s own risk;
By entering this centre, you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not accept these Conditions, you must not enter the centre, or you must immediately leave the centre. You enter the centre entirely at your own risk. Injury by death, theft, loss, or damage – risks to be borne by you. Pet owner indemnifies the Centre from any loss and damage suffered due to the pet owner’s and or animals conduct whilst in the Centre. As permitted by law, you acknowledge that we are not liable to you (or any pet, vehicle or any other party), and you release us from all claims for any loss, damage, personal injury, death or any incidental, indirect, consequential or economic loss whether to a person, pet or property whether occurring in the car park or anywhere within our centre of any nature whatsoever and whether arising from the default, negligence, misconduct or otherwise by us, our employees, agents and contractors. Without limiting any other term or condition, all persons entering the Centre do so voluntarily and at their own risk with knowledge that another person(s) may bring an animal(s) into the Centre.
