We are happy to announce the latest addition to Home Focus Pimpama. We would like to welcome Beacon Lighting to our centre.
Located in the rapidly growing northern end of the Gold Coast, tipped to be one of the biggest Large Format Retail Centre’s in Queensland. While battling wild weather and heavy rains has not been easy during the construction of this precinct. Though thanks to the hard work of all our contractors including Deluca Corporation, the project remains on track to be open in October 2022.
We are excited to announce the upcoming completion of our first stage of Large Format Retail to our Home Focus Pimpama centre. Precinct B1 is comprised of 8 stores ranging from 525m2 to 1,700m2. This precinct will feature our signature landscaping, outdoor seating areas and over 190 carparks.
Precinct B1 will include 8 retailers including Officeworks, RSEA Safety, Petbarn and Beacon Lighting. Other major national retailers are under negotiation and expected to be finalised shortly.. We believe that Beacon Lighting is a fantastic addition to our centre and will be welcomed by the residents in the northern Gold Coast area.

The roads and car parks are currently being installed, providing easy access from Nexus Drive, opposite to the Bunnings entrance. You will see when driving down Yawalpah road that the external painting of the building has commenced with the stores branded colours. Our tenants are very excited to be opening their stores at Home Focus Pimpama and will be commencing store fit outs from early August.
Expressions of interest are still open for Precinct B1 and we welcome enquiry for leasing opportunities within our upcoming stages. Don’t miss out on your chance to be a part of the Home Focus Pimpama family and be alongside major national retailers.
In the recently completed Precinct D1, we currently have 70m2 available for lease. This perfectly suited for a café or food retailer with outdoor seating space overlooking manicured landscaped gardens, neighbouring the Hype Health Club located in our busy health and well-being precinct.
