Home Focus is a mixed-use retail lot residing along Nexus Drive, Pimpama.
Measuring at 2,750m2, the lot includes seven tenanted spaces that provide the community with a range of retail and medical services.
De Luca was commissioned to construct the base build works for this project including the tenant spaces, carpark, driveway, and landscaping areas. The building was designed with a possibility for future stages. Due to the specifics of the building, all design changes during the construction period were carefully executed with clear and open communication between De Luca and client.
The project was met with challenges throughout construction, including Covid-related issues and unpredictable weather delays. Through ongoing perseverance and a strong client relationship, this project was completed to a high quality standard within the allocated timeframe, successfully providing value for both client and community.
