Comprised of 7 mixed retail tenancies that adjoin the newly established Bunnings Warehouse, Oporto, GYG and BP Service Station, Home Focus Pimpama is ready to provide the community with the best retail services.<\/p>\n

Home Focus is a mixed-use retail lot residing along Nexus Drive, Pimpama<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Measuring at 2,750m2, the lot includes seven tenanted spaces that\u00a0provide the community with a range of retail and medical services.<\/span><\/p>\n

De Luca was commissioned to construct the base build works for this project including the tenant spaces, carpark, driveway, and landscaping\u00a0areas. The building was designed with a possibility for future stages. Due\u00a0to the specifics of the building, all design changes during the construction\u00a0period were carefully executed with clear and open communication\u00a0between De Luca and client.<\/p>\n

The project was met with challenges throughout construction, including\u00a0Covid-related issues and unpredictable weather delays. Through ongoing perseverance and a strong client relationship, this project was completed\u00a0to a high quality standard within the allocated timeframe, successfully providing value for both client and community.<\/p>\n
