QR Code Hunt Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Promoter:\u00a0<\/strong>Home Focus Pimpama<\/li>\n
  2. Eligibility:\u00a0<\/strong>Open to Australian residents aged 18+ who attend the Wellness Open Day on Saturday, 2 August 2025 (10:00AM to 2:00PM AEST) at Home Focus Pimpama.<\/li>\n
  3. How to Enter: <\/strong>To enter, participants must take part in the QR Code Hunt by scanning the QR codes located throughout Home Focus Pimpama. Each code will contain a clue that must be solved to progress to the next step. Once all clues have been solved, participants must submit the correct final phrase via the official entry form on the day of the event. Only submissions completed by 2:00PM AEST on 2 August 2025 will be eligible for entry into the prize draw.<\/li>\n
  4. Major Prize Draw: <\/strong>The major prize draw will occur on Monday, 4th August 2025. Two (2) major prize winners will be selected from the pool of completed entries. If the same participant is drawn for both major prize packs, they will receive the first prize drawn, and a new winner will be selected for the second prize. The winners will be contacted via the contact details provided in their entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.<\/li>\n
  5. Instant Win Prizes: <\/strong>Instant win prizes will be available while stocks last. Each participant may only win one (1) instant win prize. Multiple instant wins by the same individual will not be honoured. Event staff may ask for proof of identity to confirm this rule. Instant win prizes are limited and subject to availability.<\/li>\n
  6. Prize Details: <\/strong>Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Home Focus Pimpama reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes must be collected from Home Focus Pimpama or another location as arranged with the Promoter. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.<\/li>\n
  7. Newsletter Subscription: <\/strong>By entering, participants agree to be added to the Home Focus Pimpama newsletter mailing list. Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting Home Focus Pimpama directly.<\/li>\n
  8. Privacy & Data Protection: <\/strong>Home Focus Pimpama is committed to protecting your privacy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. Event Cancellation & Changes: <\/strong> Home Focus Pimpam reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Event, or any part of it , in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, security threats, or changes in public health regulations.<\/li>\n

Limitation of Liability: <\/strong>Home Focus Pimpama accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any participant attending the Wellness Open Day or participating in the QR Code Hunt or any other activities, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. By entering, participants acknowledge they do so at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Home Focus Pimpama\u2019s liability is limited to the value of the prize awarded.<\/li>\n
  12. General Conditions: <\/strong>The terms and conditions of the Event are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By entering, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions and to accept any decisions made by Home Focus Pimpama regarding the Event, which are final and binding.<\/li>\n

    Guess to Win <\/strong>Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2. Eligibility<\/strong>: Entry is open to all attendees of the Home Focus Wellness Open Day at Home Focus Pimpama. One entry per person.<\/li>\n
    3. How to Enter<\/strong>: Visit the competition booth at the Wellness Open Day on Saturday, 2 August 2025 and follow the instructions provided to submit your guess. A valid email address must be provided for a valid entry.<\/li>\n
    4. Prize<\/strong>: One (1) x Repco Car Care Pack valued at $195.<\/li>\n
    5. Instant Win Condition<\/strong>: If any entrant submits the exact correct answer, they will win the prize instantly on the day.<\/li>\n
    6. Closest Guess Condition<\/strong>: If no exact guess is received, the closest correct answer will win. The winner will be drawn and contacted on Monday, 4 August 2025.<\/li>\n
    7. Tie-breaker<\/strong>: In the event of a tie (i.e. multiple closest guesses), the winner will be the earliest correct\/closest guess submitted.<\/li>\n
